COOKING MILLET:

 

 

  1. Measure 1 cup of millet.
  2. Combine millet with 3 cups of water and soak for at least 7-8 hours.
  3. Drain in a colander and rinse well.
  4. In a medium pot, combine soaked millet, water and salt. Bring to a boil and cover the pot. Reduce the temperature to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
